MINI JAW CRUSHER

The MINI JAW CRUSHER with 50*50 mm feed nozzle is designed to break 25 mm and smaller feed materials up to 1 mm and thinner materials up to 9 kg per hour. It performs well in breaking small quantities of materials with hardness levels ranging from hard quartz to soft clay. The Mini Jaw Crusher comes standard with hardened steel alloy grips and side plates. For special applications, order the Stainless Steel Sealer and Side plates separately to avoid contamination. The sets can be changed and the jaw mouth openings are adjusted by turning the handwheel to produce a product from 10 mm to 1 mm.

The structure of the crusher has a heavy-duty eccentric shaft, which is made of hardened alloy steel. The crusher is belt-driven by a 0.25 hp engine with overload and on/off switches and mounted on a steel base with rubber feet to absorb vibrations during operation. The sample collection chamber is made of stainless steel.
